More About This Website

In 2005, I thought that it was about time that we started the conversation: about who we are, and where we came from:

Time to differentiate ourselves from Emma Lazarus' "... huddled masses, longing to be free..." (of the 20th Century).

Recognizing that, more often than not, perception creates a reality of it's own.

Attitude, Respect, Integrity II

There are several fundamental axioms that most successful student athletes, and coaches, share:

1. To be the best, you must be "tougher than the rest":

2.Respect is earned on the "mat".

3. There is no I in TEAM!

These are universal truisms, that apply irrespective of discipline; it doesn't matter whether or not you're talking baseball, wrestling, swimming, or basketball.
